Upon receipt of specifications from the requesting division, a request for sealed bids was advertised with the following bids received on March 5, 1992: GS -91-92-13 Valew Welding Paramount $161,154.33 Inland Empire Riverside 163,747.61 Fuller Ford Chula Vista 165,782.71 Equipment Center Lancaster NO BID Staff has reviewed the responses and recommends award of GS -91-92-13 to Valew Welding as the lowest, most -qualified bidder.
