A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING STOP
CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF FLORABUNDA ROAD
AND GRANDIFLORES
WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 21354 allows local authorities to designate any
Intersection under their exclusive jurisdiction as a stop Intersection.
WHEREAS, traffic operation at the Intersection of Florabunda Road and Grandiflores Road
would benefit from such a designation.
THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA does resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the following Intersection Is designated as a stop intersection with the
following stop control:
1) Traffic on Florebunde Road shall be required to stop for traffic on Grandlflores Road.
SECTION 2. That the stop designation as provided herein shall apply when appropriate
signs and pavement markings giving adequate notice thereof have been placed as described in
Section 1.
SECTION 3. That staff shall Install necessary signs and pavement markings to effect this
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of November .1992.
