RESOLUTION ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF FUTURE STREET
VIA PRINCESSA
WHEREAS, an "irrevocable offer to dedicate" to the County of Los Angeles
an easement for public road and highway purposes was recorded on March 13,
1987 Official Records Document No. 87-380724, in the office of the
Registrar -Recorder of the County of Los Angeles, and
WHEREAS, a portion of the area covered by said offer to dedicate is now
necessary for the improvement of Via Princessa, and
WHEREAS, upon incorporation, the City of Santa Clarita is the successor
in interest to the County of Los Angeles by operation of law under the
provisions of Section 989 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
California and acquired all rights, title and interest of the County over said
area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to Section 66477.2 of the
Government Code of the State of California, that a portion of said offer to
dedicate be accepted for public use for the improvement of Via Princessa as
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the City be instructed to
record the certified original resolution in the office of the
Registrar -Recorder of the County of Los Angeles.

That portion of Lot 2, Tract No. 43439, in the City of Santa Clarita, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, as shown on map filed in Book 1078,
Pages 13, 14, and 15, of Maps, in the office of the Recorder of the County of
Los Angeles, which lies southerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northerly terminus of that certain 1,369.95 -foot radius
curve in the center line of that certain 105 -foot strip of land described in
Part A of deed to the County of Los Angeles, for Whites Canyon Road, recorded
on August 5, 1987, as Official Records Document No. 87-1249913, in the office
of said Recorder; thence southerly and southwesterly along said certain curve
and its southwesterly and westerly continuations 1,296.73 feet; thence north
19°58'38" west along a radial of said westerly continuation 54.50 feet to a
point, said last-mentioned point being the beginning of a curve concave to the
north and having a radius of 2,992 feet, a radial of said last-mentioned curve
to said last-mentioned point bears south 19°58'38" east, said last-mentioned
point also being the true point of beginning; thence westerly along said
last-mentioned curve 160.03 feet to the beginning of a compound curve concave
to the north and having a radius of 992 feet, said compound curve being
tangent at the westerly terminus thereof to the southerly boundary of said
Lot 2; thence westerly along said compound curve 266.28 feet to said southerly
boundary.
