SUBJECT: FIELD SERVICES FACILITY PROJECT NO. 92.02 - PROJECT ACCEPTANCE
DEPARTMENT: Community Development
BACKGROUND
On January 12, 1993, Council awarded a contract for the subject project to Intertex of California,
Inc. This project was completed to the satisfaction of the Director of Community Development on
February 22, 1994 for a total construction cost of $1,781,093.24
1. That Council accept the work performed by Intertex of California, Inc.
2. That Council direct the City Clerk to file the attached Notice of Completion for the project.
3. That staff be directed to release the ten percent retention 35 days after the Notice of Completion
is recorded provided no stop notices, as provided by law, have been filed.
