In approving the Transit Voucher Agreement, the City of Santa Clarita agrees to accept the transit voucher at face value toward the purchase of a fare media worth a value equal to or greater than the face value of the transit voucher. As part of the Agreement, SCAG guarantees the face value of each voucher. Therefore, there is no financial impact upon the City.
