HomeMy WebLinkAbout1994-12-13 - RESOLUTIONS - CITY EMPLOYEE COMP (2)RESOLUTION NO. 94-139 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THIi CITY OF SANTA CLARITA PROVIDING FOR THE COMPENSATION OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE (-W'k" Z WHEREAS, Section 37206 of the Government Code requires the City Council to prescribe the time and method of paying salaries, wages and benefits of employees of the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized and directed, under provisions of the Municipal Code of the City of Santa Clarita, Section 2.080.060 (7), the City Manager to prepare a proposed salary plan for all City employees. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita as follows: SECTION 1. Salaries adopted for FY 94-95 budget year be increased 3% by the City Council effective with the second pay period of 1995. SECTION 2. Exhibit 1 is hereby amended to include the following changes: Classification Redevelopment Manager - Grade 65 Mktg. & Econ. Dev. Manager - Grade 55 Park/Recreation Superintendent - Grade 55 City Clerk - Grade 50 Park Planning Supervisor - Grade 45 Public Information Officer - Grade 45 Admin. Assistant - Grade 45 Admin. Assistant - Grade 45 Change Director of Redevelopment -Grade 65 To Grade 61 Park, Rec., & Comm. Serv. Mgr. -Grade 61 To Grade 53 Park Dev. Administrator - Grade 50 To Grade 49 Intergov't Rel. Officer - Grade 49 Asst. to the City Manager - Grade 49 SECTION 3. All prior resolutions and parts of resolutions in conflict with this resolution are hereby rescinded. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita at a regular meeting held on the 13th day of December 1994.
