Home My WebLink About1994-03-08 - RESOLUTIONS - PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES (2)RESOLUTION NO. 94-27 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA ESTABLISHING VOTING PRECINCTS AND POLLING PLACES, APPOINTING PRECINCT BOARD MEMBERS AND FIXING COMPENSATION FOR THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION ON TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 1994, CALLED BY RESOLUTION NO. 93-156 OF THE CITY COUNCIL WHEREAS, a General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, April 12, 1994, has been called by Resolution No. 93-156 adopted on November 9, 1993; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECD RI<, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That for the purpose of holing the General Municipal Election, there is established 51 voting precincts consisting of the regular election precincts in the City of Santa Clarita established for the holding of state and county elections, as the regular election precincts exist on the date of adoption of d -tis resolution. That the polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places deoigaated; and that the persons named, being competent and voters and residents of the City are appointed precinct board members for their respective voting precincts and they shall conduct the election in the manner provided by law. ^- Voting Precinct 1.
