Home My WebLink About1994-02-22 - RESOLUTIONS - TWO WAY STOP CONTROL (4)RESOLUTION NO. 94-20 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING TWO-WAY STOP CONTROL AT THE INTERSECTION OF GOLDEN OAK ROAD AND GOLDEN TRIANGLE ROAD WHEREAS, California Vehicle Code Section 21354 allows local authorities to designate any intersection under their exclusive jurisdiction as a stop Intersection; and WHEREAS, traffic operation at the Intersection of Golden Oak Road and Golden Triangle Road would benefit from such designation; and THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That the Intersection of Golden Oak Road and Golden Triangle Road be designated as a two-way stop control Intersection with the following stop control: 1. Traffic on Golden Triangle Road Street shall Le required to stop for traffic on Golden Oak Road. SECTION 2. That the stop designation, as provided herein, shell apply when appropriate signs and pavement markings giving adequate notice thereof hays been placed as described in Section 1. SECTION 3. That staff Install the necessary signs and pavement markings to effect this resolution.
