SUBJECT: PARCEL MAP NO. 23802 - APPROVAL OF THE MAP
DEPARTMENT: Community Development
The owner, Southern California Presbyterian Homes, is subdividing one existing parcel into two
parcels. The subdivision consists of 3.40 acres. The proposed subdivisions, together with the
provisions for this design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan required by
Article 5 of Chapter 3 of Division 1 of the Government Code. The development of the property
in the manner set forth on the subject division of land will not unreasonably interfere with the
free and complete exercise of any specific plan adopted pursuant to Article 8 of Chapter 3 of
Division 1 of the Government Code.
The conditions set by the Planning Commission have been met, and fees have been paid as
indicated on the fact sheet. In addition, the map has been checked to the satisfaction of the City
Engineer,
Approve the Map and accept offers of dedication.
