HomeMy WebLinkAbout1996-02-13 - AGENDA REPORTS - EASEMENT DEED TRES ROBLES HOA (2)City Manager Appro-, Item to be presented Rick Putnam CONSENT CALENDAR DATE: February 13, 1996 SUBJECT: EASEMENT DEED FROM TRES ROBLES HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION #4 DEPARTMENT: Parks, Recreation, and Community Services The Santa Clara River Trail Phase II project is under construction. This project is located on the north side of the Santa Clara River between Sierra Highway eastward to Lost Canyon Road. In the vicinity of Nugget Drive at the Santa Clara River, staff has obtained an easement for the location of landscape facilities for the Santa Clara River Trail Phase II project from the Tres Robles Homeowner's Association #4. The purpose of this easement is to allow for the placement of electrical and irrigation components within the property owned by the Tres Robles Homeowner's Association #4. This will service the landscaping along the Santa Clara River Trail, The City Attorney has reviewed and approved the easement. There are no costs associated with this easement request. City Council approve the Grant of Easement from the Tres Robles Homeowner's Association No. 4, and direct the City Clerk to record the easement with the Los Angeles County Recorder's Office.
