Newman CONSENT CALENDAR DATE: September 10, 1996 SUBJECT: GOLDEN VALLEY ROAD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 92-2 DEPARTMENT: Building & Engineering Services On February 2, 1992, City Council approved a Funding and Acquisition Agreement for certain improvements in the Golden Valley Road Assessment District Project. At that time, Exhibit F was left blank because the discrete improvements had not been identified. Construction has now begun and certain improvements have been completed (see attached Exhibit F). To enable the City to reimburse the developer, AMCAL, with bond proceeds, AMCAL must submit a payment request in accordance with Exhibit F of the Agreement. Since the developer is now under contract, we can identify the discrete improvements. These are included in the attached Exhibit F, which has been approved by AMCAL. RECOMMENDATION 1. Approve Exhibit F, which identifies the discrete improvements in Golden Valley Road Assessment District No. 92-2 and is part of the Funding and Acquisition Agreement approved by the City Council on February 2, 1992. If any amount above is not paid in its entirety as scheduled, such amount shall be carried over to the next ensuing date and paid on that date, subject to the approval of the City.
