SUBJECT: PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT FOR STATE/LOCAL
TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROJECTS
RESOLUTION NO. 96-15
DEPARTMENT: Building & Engineering Services
The State/Local Transportation Partnership Program (SLTPP) identifies and participates in
funding locally supported projects. Caltrans' procedures for the Partnership Program require
the execution of a Local Agency -State Master Agreement which was approved in March 1992.
In addition, a Program Supplement must be executed for each approved project. The following
project has been accepted into Cycle 6 of the SLTPP program, and approval of the supplemental
agreement is required at this time:
SB96-5450(001): In the City of Santa Clarita on Wiley Canyon Road: Calgrove Boulevard
to Lyons Avenue Street Overlay
Maximum reimbursement potential: $11,075
The reimbursement ratio for Cycle 6 projects is 5.88% of total eligible project costs.
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt Resolution No. 96-15, and authorize the City Manager to execute and submit Program
Supplement No. 030 to Caltrans..
