HomeMy WebLinkAbout1996-02-13 - AGENDA REPORTS - TM 47626 APPROVAL FINAL MAP (2)AGENDA REPORT CONSENT CALENDAR DATE: February 13, 1996 City Manager Approve Item to be presented Bahman Janka SUBJECT: TRACT MAP NO. 47626 - APPROVAL OF THE FINAL MAP AND ACCEPTANCE OF OFFERS OF DEDICATION DEPARTMENT: Building and Engineering Services This project was approved by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors on May 7, 1992 by CUP No. 89-150-950 and Tentative Tract Map No. 4762645). The property is located on the northwest corner of Ron Ridge Drive at Pamplico Drive. The property consists of 41.90 acres and is being subdivided into 25 lots. The property will be used for single-family residential units. The conditions set by the L.A. County Regional Planning Commission have been met, and fees have been paid as indicated on the fact sheet. The map has been checked to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. Part 1. Approve the map. Part 2. Accept on behalf of the public the offers of dedication for the public streets, the easement for storm drain and sewer purposes, the public sewer, and all building and access restriction rights. Part 3. Make findings as follows: a. That this project is consistent with the provisions of Section 66474, 66474.1, and 66474.6 of the Subdivision Map Act and should be approved. b. That this proposed subdivision, together with the provisions for this design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan required by Article 5 (commencing with Section 65300) of Chapter 3 of Division 1 of the Government Code, or any specific plan adopted pursuant to Article 8 (commencing with Section 65450) of Chapter 3 of Division 1 of the Government Code. TRACT MAP N0. 47626 February 13, 1996 - Page 2 Part 4., Instruct the City Treasurer to endorse the Special Assessment Certificate on the face of the map for Tract Map No. 47626, which indicates that all special assessments levied by the City have been paid. Part 5. Instruct the City Clerk to endorse the Certificate on the face of Tract Map No. 47626, which embodies the approval of said map and the acceptance of the dedications shown thereon.
