HomeMy WebLinkAbout1996-07-09 - AGENDA REPORTS - TRES ROBLES EASEMENT PUBLIC (2)City Manager Approval Item to be presented by: Rick Putnam CONSENT CALENDAR DATE: July 9, 1996 SUBJECT: TRES ROBLES EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC TRAIL ACCESS DEPARTMENT: Parks, Recreation, and Community Services The Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department has completed the construction of the Santa Clara River Trail Phase II. This section of trail is on the north side of the Santa Clara River, east of Sierra Highway, extending to Highway 14. Staff has been negotiating an easement for access at the end of Nugget Drive. The Tres Robles Homeowners Association, the owners the property, have granted an easement to the City. A four foot pedestrian gate and a small concrete ramp will be needed to complete the trail access. 1. The City Council approve the easement with the Tres Robles Homeowners Association. 2. Direct the City Clerk to record the easement.
