Item 1 REVIEW OF 1996-97 BUDGET & 5 -YEAR CIP - This item is on the
agenda to review the Building & Engineering Services, Public Works, and
Parks & Recreation budgets for the 1996-97 year and to review the 5 -
year CIP. Staff will provide additional information regarding the
programs, projects and staffing proposed within the budget.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive presentation and discuss
