discuss and better understand major issues currently before the City.

Item 1
7:00 - 7:15 AIR QUALITY - STATUS - Staff will present to Council, a report related to air
quality issues including the Southern California Air Quality Management
District. RECOMMENDED ACTION:. Council to receive report and
presentation.
Item 2
7:15 - 7:45 AB 3030 INFORMATION - Jean Di Angelous, General Manager, Newhall
County Water District, will make a presentation on the Groundwater
Management Act, AB3030. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive presentation.
Item 3
7:45 - 8:30 TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT PLAN - The Southern California
Association of Governments has funded a study to develop a Transportation
Development Plan for Santa Clarita Transit. The purpose of the TDP is to
present the service needs for the Santa Clarita Valley and develop a
corresponding financial plan necessary to meet those needs. RECOMMENDED
ACTION: Receive staff report.
