CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Boyer called to order the meeting of the City Council at 6:30
p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present.
CLERK'S
ANNOUNCEMENT
Deputy City Clerk, Donna Grindey, announced that anyone wishing
to address an item on the agenda should fill
out a speakers' slip and
submit it to the City Clerk before the item is discussed.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
There was no public participation.

Mayor Boyer led the Pledge of Allegiance.

PUBLIC HEARING
Mayor Boyer opened the public hearing.
MASTERCASE 95-049 TO
ALLOW FOR THE
Deputy City Clerk, Geri Davis, reported that all notices required by
law have been posted.

Addressing the Council in favor of this item were: Stan Forgeon, Ted
Robinson, Dennis Ostrom, Jeff Vermillion, Frank Gibbs, Carl
Goldman, Bob Kellar, Connie Worden-Roberts, Tina Bow, Tricia
Ezell, Laura Hauser, Marc Aronson, Stanley Surad, and Janet Fenter
who took a neutral position.
Addressing the Council in opposition to this item were: Thomas
Glazier, George Gruber, Allen Penrose, John Newton, Tim Boydston,
Jay Hecht, Lynn Plambeck,
Rebuttal comments were made by Ted Robinson Jr.
Follpwing discussion regarding Audobon Society clarification, Oak
trees, lighting affect on skyline, fire hazards, it was moved by Darcy
and seconded by Smyth to continue this public hearing to a field trip
at the site on April 20th, 1996, 9:00 a.m.
Hearing no objections, it was so ordered.
It was moved by Heidt and seconded by Pederson to adjourn to the
next regular meeting of the City Council on March 26, 1996, 6:30 p.m.
Hearing no objections, it was so ordered.
