NOVEMBER 12, 1996
CALL TO ORDER Mayor Pro -Tem Clyde Smyth called the special meeting of the
City Council at 8:30 a.m.
ROLL CALL Present at Roll Call were Jan Heidt, Jill Klajic, Clyde Smyth.
Mayor Boyer arrived at 8:32 a.m. Jo Anne Darcy arrived at
10:07 a.m.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION There was no public participation.
ITEM 1 Council conducted interviews with 13 applicants.
PURPOSE OF No action was taken at this time.

COMMITTEE
ADJOURNMENT At 12:02 p.m., Mayor Boyer adjourned the meeting to the
Regular City Council meeting of November 12, 1996.
Hearing no objections, it.was so ordered.
