A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT
NO. 030
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Clarita has applied for State share reimbursement funds from the
State -Local Transportation Partnership Program to be used for eligible projects selected by the
City; and
WHEREAS, the State and City are required to enter into an agreement to define certain
responsibilities relative to the accomplishment of the work on approved projects.
THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita hereby resolves as follows:
SECTION 1. Program Supplement No. 030 to the State -Local Master Agreement No. 5450 is
hereby approved:
SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the said Program Supplement
No. 030.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
