Home My WebLink About1996-07-09 - RESOLUTIONS - REVISED BAIL FEE SCHEDULE (2)RESOLUTION NO. 96-80 -- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA RECOMMENDING A REVISED BAIL FEE SCHEDULE FOR ADOPTION BY THE COURT WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita is recommending a revised bail schedule for the Santa Clarke Municipal Code violations, which schedule is to be adopted by the court; and WHEREAS, the City Council believes that the amounts now need to be revised to conform to the changing needs within the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the city of Santa Clarita as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council hereby adopts the Bail Fee Schedule set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. SECTION 2. The City Council hereby recommends that the court adopt the aforementioned Bail Fee Schedule. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and transmit this Resolution to the Newhall Municipal Court.
