DATE: January 13, 1998
SUBJECT: MASTER CASE NO. 94-038 - CIRCLE J. RANCH BEAZER HOMES
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT CHANGE ORDER REQUEST
DEPARTMENT: Planning and Building Services
RECOMMENDED ACTION
City Council award the contract change order to The Planning Consortium in the amount of
$25,719.75 which includes a 15 percent contingency should any change orders to the contract
become necessary. Also, authorize the City Manager or a designee to execute and sign all

BACKGROUND
In July, 1995, Council approved the awarding of a $30,000.00 contract to The Planning

$25,719.75 to the City's Finance division, account No. 5012355.
ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS
Other action as determined by Council.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds for this expenditure, totaling $25,719.75 including a 15% contingency should change
orders to the contract be required at the City's direction, will be supplied by the project
applicant, Beazer Homes.
