SUBJECT: CHANGE OF STUDY SESSION DATES
DEPARTMENT: City Manager
RECOMMENDED ACTION
Keep Study Session meeting day as the first Tuesday of each month, but change the
time to begin at 5 p.m. and continue until 7 p.m. or change the meeting day to the
first Wednesday of each month, keeping the time at 7 p.m.
BACKGROUND
At the City Council meeting of April 21, 1998, Council requested staff look into the
possibility of changing the day and/or time of Study Sessions as to avoid conflict with
the Planning Commission meetings which are held on the first and third Tuesday of
each month. Depending on the Council decision, the decision will commence with
the first Study Session in June.

No alternative actions have been identified by staff.
