ITEM 1 CITY PROSECUTOR/CODE ENFORCEMENT SERVICES -
5:00 — 5:40 p.m. FOLLOW — UP TO THE OCTOBER 6,1998 CITY COUNCIL STUDY
SESSION - At the October 6, 1998 City Council Study Session, questions
were raised among the City Council regarding the issue of a "City
Prosecutor," and the level of proactive efforts currently undertaken by the
City's Code Enforcement Division. Staff would like to take this
opportunity to review these issues with the City Council and Planning
Commission and focus upon the future utilization of Code Enforcement
resources.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive this report, and discuss the future
utilization of Code Enforcement Resources with staff.
