CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Heidt called to order the special meeting of the City Council at 6:28 p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
There was none.
CLOSED SESSION ANNOUNCEMENT
Carl Newton, City Attorney, announced that this closed session was for the purpose of
conducting a conference with legal counsel — anticipated litigation (one matter) under
Government Code Section 54956.9(c).
RECESS AND RECONVENE
At 6:29, Mayor Heidt recessed the meeting into closed session in the Century Room and
reconvened the meeting at 7:44 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Heidt adjourned the special meeting at 7:45 p.m.
