SUBJECT: PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT UPGRADES - PROJECT NO. P1001
ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
DEPARTMENT: Parks, Recreation, and Community Services
RECOMMENDED ACTION
City Council adopt the plans and specifications, and authorize that Playground Equipment
Upgrades.- Project No. P1001 be advertised for bids.
In the FY 99-00 Annual Budget, Council authorized that various improvements be made to the
playground areas at Almendra Park and Valencia Meadows Park. Plans and specifications for
this project are complete, and are available for review in the City Clerk's Office,
ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS
City Council not authorize bid advertisement.
FISCAL IMPACT
Funds in the amount of $162,315 have been budgeted for this project as follows:

Account No. P1001453-8001 $12,625
Account No. P0001001-8001 $75,000
