A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA CLARITA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENTS TO MASTER
AGREEMENT NO. SLTPP-5450 FOR ELIGIBLE STATE -LOCAL
PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Clarita has applied for State Share reimbursement funds
from the State -Local Transportation Partnership Program (SLTPP) via Master Agreement
No. SLTPP-5450 to be used for eligible projects selected by the City; and
WHEREAS, the State and City are required to enter into an agreement to define certain
responsibilities, relative to the accomplishment of the work on approved projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita does resolve as
follows:
Section 1. The City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute all
future program supplement agreements to this master agreement.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution.
