SUBJECT: AMENDMENT TO SECTION 17.15.020 OF THE UNIFIED
DEVELOPMENT CODE
DEPARTMENT: Planning and Building Services
RECOMMENDED ACTION
The City Council adopt an ordinance amending Section 17.15.020 of the Unified
Development Code.
BACKGROUND
The City Council adopted a resolution for a Notice of Exemption and introduced an
ordinance on October 24, 2000. This reading of the ordinance will be the second reading.
ANALYSIS
This is an amendment to the residential development standards section of the Unified
Development Code (Section 17.15.020). This amendment will reinstate additions to the
code that were previously approved and adopted, but deleted unintentionally.
No changes to the wording in Ordinance 99-4 or the wording in Ordinance 00-3 would be
made with the ordinance before you tonight.

Other direction as determined by the City Council.

None by this action.
