SUBJECT: ANNUAL "CLEAN-UP" OF TITLE 16 "SUBDIVISIONS" AND TITLE
17 "ZONING" OF THE UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC)
DEPARTMENT: Planning and Building Services
RECOMMENDED ACTION
The City Council adopt an ordinance amending Title 16 and Title 17 of the Unified
Development Code.
The City Council adopted a resolution adopting the Negative Declaration and introduced
this ordinance on February 13, 2001. This reading of the ordinance will be the second
reading.
ANALYSIS
This is an amendment to various sections of the Unified
conducts on an annual basis based upon new regulations,
received from the Planning Commission and City Council.
ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS
Other direction as determined by the City Council.
FISCAL IMPACT
None by this action.

Clarita adopted Ordinance 01-5 entitled:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA,
CALIFORNIA, AMENDING TITLE 16 AND ADOPTING TITLE 17 OF THE SANTA
CLARITA MUNICIPAL CODE, ADOPTING VARIOUS AMENDMENTS TO THE
UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE (UDC).
