WHEREAS, the governing bodies ofthe agencies signatory hereto have made determinations ofthe
amount ofproperty tax revenues from the annual tax increments to be exchanged as a result ofthe annexation
to County Sanitation District No. 26 entitled Annexation No. 314;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1 • The negotiated exchange ofproperty tax revenues resulting from the annexation of territory
to County Sanitation District No. 26 in the annexation entitledAnnexation No. 314 is approved and accepted.
2• For each fiscal year commencing on and after July 1, 2001, or after the
jurisdictional change, whichever is later, the County Auditor shaleffective date of this
No. 26 a total of 1.2219 percent of the annual tax increment attribul transfer to County Sanitation District
