RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive presentation from the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts regarding the proposed chloride TMDL for the Santa Clara River. ITEM2���.,.o..,...,..�,F....��.�.a.... 6:15 — 7:00 p.m. CABLE FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS — The City has two cable providers that serve the residents of this community (AT&T and Time Warner). The franchise agreements end in 2003 for both cable providers. Originally, the franchise agreements were negotiated under the County of Los Angeles and adopted by the City when incorporation took place in 1987. For the first time in 15 years, the City will have an opportunity to rewrite the agreements within the parameters of Federal law. RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive report regarding cable franchise agreements, and provide staff with further direction. 7:00 — 7:15 p.m. PUBLIC PARTICIPATION CLOSED SESSION CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL — Pending Litigation Government Code Section 54956.9 (a) Case Name: City of Santa Clarita v.
