HomeMy WebLinkAbout2002-05-28 - RESOLUTIONS - CHECKREG 19 20 (2)RESOLUTION NO. 02-86 A IRESOLUTION:'OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND RATIFYING FOR PAYMENT THE DEMANDS PRESENTED IN CHECK REGISTERS NO. 19 AND 20 COVERING PERIOD 04/26/02 THROUGH 05/16/02. WHEREAS, the demands as herein presented and listed below have been duly audited and approved by the City Manager and the Director of Administrative Services/City Treasurer. Check Register No. 19 for the period 04/26/02 to 05/01/02 and 5/09/02 in the aggregate amount of $1,160,531.70. Electronic Funds Transfers included in Check Register No. 19 for the period 05/03/02 to 05/09/02 in the aggregate amount of $264,593.69. Check Register No. 20 for the period 05/03/02 to 05/08/02 and 05/16/02 in the aggregate amount of $1,591,408.64. Electronic Funds Transfers included in Check Register No. 20 for the period 05/10/02 to 05/16/02 in the aggregate amount of $130,586.93. WHEREAS, the approval of this Resolution will hereby allow payment in the amount shown on the Check Registers to designated payees and charged to appropriate funds as indicated. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita does resolve as follows: SECTION 1: This Resolution is hereby adopted by the City Council. SECTION 2: The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution, certify this record to be a full, true, and correct copy of the action taken and deliver a certified copy to the City Treasurer.
