HomeMy WebLinkAbout2002-05-28 - RESOLUTIONS - PGM SUPPLEMENT AGMT M 014 (2)RESOLUTION NO. 02-82 A.RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT AGREEMENT NO. M014 TO ADMINISTERING AGENCY -STATE AGREEMENT NO. 07-5450 WHEREAS, the Legislature of the State of California has enacted legislation by which certain federal transportation safety funds are made available for use on local school pedestrian safety projects by public entities qualified to act as recipients of these federal funds in accordance with the intent of federal law; and WHEREAS, before federal aid will be made available for a specific program project, the City of Santa Clarita and the State are required to enter into an agreement relative to prosecution of said project and maintenance of the completed facility. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. Program Supplement Agreement No. M014 to Administering Agency -State Agreement for Federal Aid Project No. 07-5450 is hereby approved. SECTION 2. The City Manager, or his designee, is hereby authorized to execute said Program Supplement Agreement. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
