but those items will not be acted upon by the Board at this meeting. ALL speakers must submit a "Request to Speak'
form prior to this portion of the meeting and will be recognized by the President of the Board or the Mayor. Five minutes
will be allotted to each speaker and not more than 20 minutes on any subject.

opportunity to speak to any item ON THE AGENDA. Members of the audience may address
the Board and Council at this time. When acknowledged, the speaker should state name,
affiliation (if any) and the item on the agenda to be addressed. (Members of the audience
may also request to speak to an agenda item being considered by the Board/City Council
during the course of the meeting through recognition by the President of the Board or Mayor.)
