PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY
JANUARY 27, 2004
CALL TO ORDER
Chair Kellar called the meeting of the Public Financing Authority to order at 7:11 p.m.
ROLL CALL
All Authority members were present.
PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
There was none.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Motion by Smyth, second by Ferry, to approve the minutes of the March 26, 2002
meeting as submitted.
Hearing no objections, it was so ordered.

CONSENT CALENDAR
UPDATE THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE INVESTMENT OF SANTA CLARITA PUBLIC
FINANCING AUTHORITY'S FUNDS IN THE LOCAL AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND
In report, Barbara Boswell, Accounting Manager, advised that this item was for consideration of
updating the Authority's resolution to update the signers for the Local Agency Investment Fund.
Adopt the updated Authority Resolution, authorizing the investment of monies in the Local
Agency Investment Fund.
Motion by Smyth, second by McLean, to approve the Consent Calendar.
On roll call vote:
Ayes: McLean, Smyth, Weste, Ferry, Kellar
Noes: None
Absent: None
Motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
Chair Kellar adjourned the Public Financing Authority meeting at 7:12 p.m.
