A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA CLARTTA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND RATIFYING FOR
PAYMENT THE DEMANDS PRESENTED IN CHECK REGISTERS 27, 28, 29,30 AND 31
COVERING THE PERIOD 06/24/05 THROUGH 08/04/05
WHEREAS, the demands as herein presented and listed below have been duly audited
and approved by the City Manager and the Director of Administrative Services/City Treasurer.
Check Register No. 27 for the period 06/24/05 to 06/29/05 and 07/07/05 in the aggregate
amount of $1,797,012.71.
Electronic Funds Transfers included in Check Register No. 27 for the period 06/30/05 to
07/07/05 in the aggregate amount of $189,794.92.
Check Register No. 28 for the period 07/01/05 to 07/06/05 and 07/14/05 in the aggregate
amount of $2,997,256.35.
Electronic Funds Transfers included in Check Register No. 28 for the period 07/08/05 to
07/14/05 in the aggregate amount of $1,220,471.24.
Check Register No. 29 for the period 07/08/05 to 07/13/05 and 07/21/05 in the aggregate
amount of $2,812,925.46.
Electronic Funds Transfers included in Check Register No. 29 for the period 07/15/05 to
07/21/05 in the aggregate amount of $510,318.76.
Check Register No. 30 for the period 07/15/05 to 07/20/05 and 07/28/05 in the aggregate
amount of $4,627,289.08.
Electronic Funds Transfers included in Check Register No. 30 for the period 07/22/05 to
07/28/05 in the aggregate amount of $198,054.41.
Check Register No. 31 for the period 07/22/05 to 07/27/05 and 08/04/05 in the aggregate
amount of $1,713,927.35.
Electronic Funds Transfers included in Check Register No. 31 for the period 07/29/05 to
08/04/05 in the aggregate amount of $191,629.97.
WHEREAS, the approval of this Resolution will hereby allow payments in the amounts
shown on the Check Registers to designated payees and charged to appropriate funds as
indicated.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita does hereby resolve as
follows:
SECTION 1. This Resolution is hereby adopted by the City Council.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of the Resolution and certify
this record to be a full, true, and correct copy of the action taken.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 23rd day of August, 2005.
