HomeMy WebLinkAbout2005-03-22 - RESOLUTIONS - LOCAL EMERGENCY TERMINATION (2)RESOLUTION NO. 05-26 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA, PROCLAIMING TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY WHEREAS, a local emergency existed in the City of Santa Clarita in accordance with the resolution, thereof by the Director of Emergency Services on the 8d' day of January, 2005, and its ratification by the City Council on the l ld' day of January, 2005, as a result of conditions of extreme peril to the safety of persons and property caused by Winter Storms. WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of extreme peril is now deemed to be within the control of the normal protective services, personnel, equipment, and facilities of and within said City of Santa Clarita. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita does hereby proclaim the termination of said local emergency. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
