All Councilmembers were present with the
exception of Councilmembers Ferry and Kellar.
All Commissioners were present with the
exception of Chair Trautman.
All Commissioners were present with the
exception of Chair Levison.
All Commissioners were present with the
exception of Vice Chair Strickland.
City Manager Ken Pulskamp led the flag salute.
ITEM 1 FISCAL YEAR 2010-2011 BUDGET — Ken Pulskamp, City Manager, outlined the
proposed budget and the City's fiscal status and outlook.
Council / Planning Commission / Parks, Recreation and Community Services
Commission / Arts Commission members questions, concerns and comments
included: the budget planning by staff; Edison/light replacement incentives; the
budget and morale; Parks and Recreation budget funding and redevelopment funding;
Community Service grant budget issues; questioned how Arts have been affected by
the budget changes; and high staff performance with reduced budget.
No comments were made by the public.
Mayor Weste adjourned the meeting at 6:32
