This is a meeiing of the Valley Industrial Association. It is anticipated that three or more Santa
Clarita City Councilmembers may be in attendance at this meeting to hear about and possibly
participate in the .discussion of a subject matter that is ultimately within the City Council's
jurisdiction. Accordingly, this notice and agenda has been prepared to comply with the requirements
of the Brown Act. The meeting will not be conducted by the City Council, rather the Valencia
Industrial Association, (661) 294-8088 - www.via.org.
CHLORIDE STANDARDS — IS THE SCV IN FOR A PRICE JOLT? — The Valley Industry
Association introduces a panel discussion on the significant rate increases proposed to the Santa
Clarita Valley (SCV) to cover the cost of building new water filtration plants and what those
increases really mean to business and residents of the SCV.
