It is anticipated that three or more Councilmembers or Commissioners from each of the City's commissions maybe in attendance at this meeting to hear about the proposed project and possibly participate in the discussion of the project which is within the City's jurisdiction. Accordingly, this notice and agenda have been prepared to comply with the requirements of the Brown Act. The meeting will not be conducted by City Council, any of the Commissions, or the Tourism Marketing District Advisory Board. The meeting will be conducted by Kosmont Companies in conjunction with the City of Santa Clarita's Economic Development Division.
