A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OFTHE
CITY OF SANTA CLARITA, CALIFORNIA�
ADOPTING THE 2012 REVISED BICYCLE TRANSPORTATION ACCOUNT
COMPLIANCE DOCUMENT
WHEREAS, on November 27, 2007, the Santa Clarita City Council adopted the City
of Santa Clarita Bicycle Transportation Account Compliance Document; and
WHEREAS, a current Bicycle Transportation Account Compliance Document is
required to obtain and utilize California Bicycle Transportation Account funds; and
WHEREAS, the City may adopt a revised BicycleTransportation Account
Compliance Document at any time during the year to ensure eligibility for Bicycle Transportation
Account fundina
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Santa Clarita does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. Approves and adopts the 2012 Revised Bicycle Transportation Account
Compliance Document.
ISECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certil�y to the adoption of this Resolution.
