TOTAL VOTES CAST AT PRECINCTS 3 .3,783) N70TE-BY-MAIL VOTES (I st run, counted April I O 2012) 10,743 VOTE -BY -MAIL VOTES & PROVISIONAL BALLOTS (2nd run, counted April 18, 2012) 864 TOTAL VOTE -BY -MAIL AND PROVISIONAL VOTES CAST 11,607 TOTAL VOTES CAST 15390 OVERALL VOTER TURNOUT 16.9% 5 I have also conducted a manual tally of two precincts in accordance with § 15360 of the Elections Code. There were no discrepancies between the machine count and the manual count of the in person precinct voted ballots. The discrepancies between the machine count and the manual tally of the Vote By Mail ballots were not statistically significant and are as follows: Precinct 56, Vote By Mail: Colley - I additional Kellar - 2 additional Hatarni - I less Erider - I additional Boydston - I additional Precinct 64, Vote by Mail: Kellar - I additional Hataini - I less Boydston - I additional It has been determined that the statistically insignificant difference in the machine count and the manual count is due to the possible sticking together of a ballot card on the machine counter and insufficient duplication of ballot cards.
