CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by Mayor Pro Tem Bob Kellar.
ROLL CALL
All Councilmembers were present with the exception of Mayor McLean and Councilinelaber
Acosta.
CLOSED SESSION
Joseph Montes, City Attorney, advised of the need to conduct a Closed Session for the purpose
